Millwall Community Trust will proudly show its support for Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign, which champions LGBT+ inclusion and equality in sport.

This season, Stonewall is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of #RainbowLaces, with the theme of ‘Lace up, to Keep it Up’ – keep up raising awareness, keep up supporting each other and keep up pushing to make sure sport and fitness is for everyone.

Millwall Community Trust CEO, Sean Daly said: “Rainbow Laces has become such an iconic symbol of inclusion in football and one which we are proud to continue to support and we ensure that we incorporate equality, diversity and inclusion into all that we do.

“We believe that no-one should feel excluded from participating in or enjoying the game we all love or indeed any sport, which is why allyship is so important for providing a positive platform for the change that is still needed to ensure inclusivity for all.”

Millwall Community Trust will also be hosting a series of Rainbow Laces-themed workshops across its programmes, delivering sessions across our range of projects with Millwall Romans and Millwall Pride who have been part of the Millwall family for the last four years.
