Millwall Community Trust Education and Employment Ambassador Jake Cooper reached 300 Millwall appearances on the final day of the 2022/23 season.

Since making his Lions debut at Bradford City on Saturday 21st January 2017, the towering centre-back has become an integral figure in the club's operations, also sharing the on-field captaincy with Shaun Hutchinson.

'Coops' has many memorable moments in a Millwall shirt comfortably in the bank, including scoring two last-gasp goals at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United and finding the back of the net in a famous Emirates FA Cup victory over Everton in SE16.

"It's an honour to play as many games as I have for a club like Millwall," Cooper told millwallfc.co.uk. "I've enjoyed every minute of it - it's gone very fast, however. I never would've thought I'd play 300 games, but I've got many great memories.

"The couple of goals away at Sheffield United have been lovely, plus I was involved in the promotion side from League One. They stick out as the most memorable times."

Here's to many more, Coops!
