As we reflect on the 2025/26 season, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone connected with Millwall Lionesses for their continued support, commitment and belief in what we are building together.

This season has been one of significant progress both on and off the pitch. We were incredibly proud to record our highest ever attendance at The Den since the reform of the club, a fantastic milestone that reflects the growing support behind this team and the women’s game within our community.

Our players have also represented the badge brilliantly away from matchdays, achieving a record number of appearances within the local community. Connecting with supporters, schools and young people remains a huge part of our identity, and I’m proud of the way the squad continues to embrace that responsibility.

I would also like to recognise the outstanding hard work and dedication of our management team, Ted Jones and Jack Wisson, whose commitment throughout the season has been invaluable in driving standards and developing the squad.

A huge thank you goes to our valued partners and sponsors, Eleven Sport, Homewood Solutions and Shoorah, for their continued support of the club and our ambitions for the future.

One of the most pleasing aspects of this season has been the continued development of young talent, with eleven academy graduates featuring within the squad. This demonstrates the pathway being created at the football club and highlights the importance of investing in the next generation.

Special recognition must also go to our two centurion appearance holders, Ciara Watling and Maisie Joyce. Reaching 100 appearances is a remarkable achievement and a testament to their commitment, professionalism and service to the club.

Congratulations as well to our Club Captain, Jordan Butler, on receiving the Special Recognition Award from the Millwall Supporters Club. It is a thoroughly deserved honour and recognition of the leadership and dedication Jordan continues to show both on and off the pitch.

I would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our loan players this season, each of whom played an instrumental role within the squad and contributed greatly to our progress throughout the campaign.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to building an even stronger future alongside Millwall Community Trust and Millwall F.C., while continuing to strengthen and develop the partnerships that support our long-term vision.

Thank you once again to our supporters, players, staff, volunteers, partners and everyone connected with Millwall Lionesses. Your support continues to drive this club forward, and we are excited for what lies ahead next season.
