Millwall Community Trust’s Youth Employability & IAG Hub won Community Project of the Year at the London Football Awards 2026.

Millwall Community Trust is celebrating a major achievement after its Youth Employability & IAG Hub was named Community Project of the Year at the London Football Awards 2026.

The prestigious awards ceremony, held annually to recognise excellence across the capital’s football community, honoured the Trust’s innovative programme for its outstanding impact supporting young people into education, employment and training along with partners such as Job Centre Plus.

MCT’s Youth Employability & IAG Hub has become a vital resource for young people across our local community, offering tailored careers advice, employability training and pathways into work.

Delivered by Millwall Community Trust, the programme provides a wide range of support including:

  • One-to-one careers guidance
  • CV writing and interview preparation workshops
  • Access to apprenticeships and job opportunities
  • Employer engagement and networking opportunities
  • Personal development and confidence-building sessions

By working closely with local employers, training providers and community organisations, the Hub helps young people gain the skills and confidence needed to take the next step in their careers.
