Millwall Community Trust in partnership with South East London NHS, Southwark Council and Lewisham Council will be delivering free Vital 5 health checks ahead of The Lions facing Southampton this Saturday (29 November) in The Lions Centre.
The Southwark Vital 5 team will be on site from 11am-3pm, offering free blood pressure and weight checks, advice on how to quit smoking, managing alcohol use and mental health support. Plus there will also be flu vaccinations for eligible supporters.

All supporters that attend and have a health check will be entered into a raffle to win a signed Millwall FC match-ball.
