With the retirement of outgoing Company Secretary, Mr Nicholas Cann, we are appointing a new Company Secretary / Minute-taker to support our Board of Trustees. The current size of our Board is seven trustees with representation from Millwall Football Club as well as independent trustees. 


The Successful Candidate... 

  • will have experience in a similar secretarial/governance role to a board of directors/trustees in a charity or voluntary organisation 

  • will be flexible and devote necessary time to administratively support the board 

  • will have a fantastic understanding of community sports for development landscape

  • will have high ethical standards and integrity

  • will be a strong, clear communicator & a team player

  • must be punctual

  • The Board meets normally four times per year, mainly via face-to-face meeting's at The Den. Thus the role would require the successful candidate to devote 7 days per annum
