“I joined Millwall at U13’s and i’ve been here ever since. Millwall gave me the chance to live my dreams, I’ve captained England, played first team football and I’m only 16! I can definitely say I am Millwall through and through, their Centre of Excellence (now RTC) helped me achieve all of this”

 - Ella Rutherford, Millwall Lioness First Team and England U18 captain
