Obviously Millwall and the Trust work closely together in many aspects with the club’s support critical in our continued development in the community. Millwall Football Club itself however is no stranger to success with 4 Wembley appearances in the last 7 years alone, as well as reaching the last four of the FA Cup twice including an famous final against eventual winner Manchester United; featuring icon Cristiano Ronaldo.

The club, originally formed by workers of J.T. Morton's factory on the Isle of Dogs, East London in 1885, have continually supported charitable and social campaigns. In the 2013-14 season the club decided to have Prostate Cancer UK as their main sponsor with all proceeds going towards the charity rather than the club.

Countless other the times the club have supported campaigns such as Headly Court for injured servicemen, Docker’s Day, Sugar Smart, Jimmy Mizen Foundation and Help the Heroes. The essence of helping people runs all through the Millwall organisation and is an essential part of the ethos.
