Millwall Community Trust (MCT) is delighted to confirm its Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player Ambassadors for 2019/20.

Millwall Community Trust (MCT) is delighted to confirm its Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player Ambassadors for 2019/20.

Seven members of The Lions’ first-team squad have confirmed their support for MCT’s work in the community this season, including club captain Alex Pearce, who has become the Education and Employment Ambassador.

Jed Wallace has been named the Disability Ambassador, while Aiden O’Brien will from now on be Social Inclusion and Crime Reduction Ambassador.

Jason McCarthy is the Football and Sport Development Ambassador, with Mahlon Romeo, Ben Thompson and Billy Mitchell becoming overall Millwall Community Trust ambassadors, supporting all the Trust’s work in the community.

“Millwall is a real family club, a community club, and we all want to support the great work the Trust does in our community,” said Pearce.

Trust CEO Sean Daly quoted “ It’s great to receive support from the club and the players , and with this support we hope to make a difference in the community”
