Girls RTC announce three new signings

 

Millwall Community Trust is pleased to announce that Alan Seamons is joining the Trust  today in the role of Girls RTC Technical Director, Alan  will be responsible for developing and supporting RTC coaches in implementing the foundation and youth phases of a Millwall Girls RTC technical and tactical coaching syllabus based on the Millwall Girls RTC philosophy.

Alan has worked in the football industry for the last 18 years, at West ham, Crystal palace and the Director of QPR’ s  Boys centre of excellence for 4 years.

Nicola Waxler has been appointed as Girls football development officer at the Trust, Nicola is a former player from the Millwall RTC programme and represented the Millwall Lionesses, part of her role will be the RTC manager. 

Dy Sappleton has been appointed Welfare Officer within her role as MCT Designated Safeguarding Officer

Steve Bradshaw CEO for the Trust commented: "I'm delighted to welcome Alan, Nicola and Dy to the Trust and Club and we all are looking forward to working with them in the development of female football players that will benefit the Girls RTC and the Millwall Lionesses.
