Millwall Community Trust and Millwall Football Club are partnering with Partnership Southwark and Crisis Rescue Foundation once again to bring you the Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up at The Den prior to Friday afternoon’s match against West Bromwich Albion.
The Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up will open at 11am - two hours before kick-off - and will give you a chance to pop in and get some vital health checks.
Crisis Rescue Foundation’s team of health and wellbeing experts will be available to offer information and signposting to more advice and care, including reducing the risk and spotting signs of heart disease, stroke, cancers (bowel and prostate).
They will be promoting:
- Preventative care
- Managing stress and other common symptoms of mental health conditions
- General men’s health and wellbeing
The team will also be offering free blood pressure checks, height, and weight measurements along with free, healthy snacks and toiletry goodie bags.
The first 100 people to get checked at the Health and Well-being Pop Up will receive a free Millwall lanyard.
